Open the VLC app or download it here:
- Tap More in the bottom right corner.
- Select New Stream.
- Copy this network address:
- Paste it into the field and tap the Play arrow to start.
- (Optional) Tap the ⋮ , select Add to playlist, name it "Otero Scanner", and tap SAVE.
🍏 Apple (iOS)

- Tap the Network tab at the bottom.
- Select Open Network Stream.
